Question / Help Everything was fine until...

Hey guys. After a week of streaming, for some reason I am getting the high encoding message again. I did not change a thing to my setting. The only thing I did was buy a webcam today and placed a webcam on my laptop. Please look at my log file and see what I should do.

If you are capturing your webcam at 1080p, lower it to 720p or 480p instead.

I don't see any options to do that on the webcam software. Is there a way to do it on obs?
