Everything Crashes When I Open A Game while Streaming or Recording

I Run OBS Studios Through Admin. Whenever Im streaming Or recording (Even if it's just Replay Buffer) And whenever I open a Game it Crashes every application I Have Open (1 Tab on OperaGX, Discord And OBS Itself. I Use Settings Completely Fit for my computer. I stream in 7.5K Bits at 720P 60FPS On Youtube. This all only started Happening About 4 days ago. I streamed Everyday Completely Fine for months Prior to 4 days ago. I've checked my driver, Windows and OBS and none of them Have Updates. I've Also Un installed OBS And The Game I play. Nothing has worked. I've Gone over A ton of things and Nothing has worked
