Few second test with best I can do with settings...

Here you can check my stream with few tests and while I was trying to stream normally.
http://www.twitch.tv/beautiful_existence/profile/pastBroadcasts

So, as you can see, quality is pretty bad. It was decent on first one. But I had to change it because of fps drop and lags. So while I was on poi quality was so bad, that you can't even read chat.
Can I do something to improve that?

I think if I can get quality like this:
http://www.twitch.tv/beautiful_existence/profile/pastBroadcasts
Or better, without lags and fps drops in game?
You know what hardware I have because of logs. And here is my internet speed:

1800kbps is much too low for 1080p. You should downscale to 720p at most, perhaps even to 540p.

I scaled it down even to 720p and 480p, but it looks like 144p or something...

With good quality i have lags and stream lose some frames.
With lower quality i have low fps so stream lose fps too and also has lower quality.
Can I do something about that or is it impossible with this computer spec and internet?

I looked at the past broadcasts on your channel and you had your bit rate set to 700kbps. That is a lot lower than 1800, so it makes sense that it looks so bad.

Yeah, it was like 700.
But now I've done some tests.
So.
I can stream 720p with even 1700 or 1800kbps with decent quality any acceptable lags. Even on 1300kbps it works somehow.
But the problem is, what I've seen now, while I'm playing music by night bot I got more lags than without music or other music. But it is now obs fault, so I think theard is over. I understood somehow few things about that, so I can find best way to stream with this what I have.
I will look for something around 720p and 1500-2000kbps to find optimal way to stream.
Under 720 everything looks creepy. And more than 1900~kbps laggs me too much.
I'll get more lags with nighbot music, so I'll look for other way to play music.

Well. I know that, that while I'm writing about decent quality and fps most of ppl will tell it looks terrible and freezes, but it looks like I can't do anything better. I don't have needed things to stream in good quality.

Anyway, thanks for help.
