Question / Help Every time i start streaming with OBS ping Spikes appear

I dont know why it happens... i google it but the reason doesnt exist, people say it shouldnt happen but it does.

Only reason i can assume this is happening is because my PC does not connect to the wifi w/o a 3rd party adapter, but that should be really affecting it i assume.

Any leads? Ideas?Theories? You can ask anything, this PC is a little special ex: Adapter for wifi.

Also i do live a little "Farther" from the area's cable box, about 1,000-1,500ft longer then normal length.... But once again... i dont believe streaming can deostry my ping/gameplay.

Awesome...Awesome... i will play with the setting RIGHT NOW and test it out.

Also i forgot to mention.... and i do believe this might be a HUGE issue and why the ping issue spikes, I am using a WIRELESS connect A.K.A = Adapter.

i read OBS Locked previous post and in one case they said Wifi will always be iffy, so hopefully it isnt that issue with me.

Update... nothing was fixed expect my PC s speed overall (Thank you..... honestly how i went over fixing my pc "Speed" was going to Window's Defender and nulling Applications that cause HIGH CPU%, but thanks to the DDU everything is actually ruining a lot better.)

Here are the logs from AFTER updating my Graphic cards with DDU

Also i now have a small issue with my OBS x64, for some reason it wont capture the game as i play.

Stuck on this and no matter how many times i re-add a Capture folder it will not capture the ingame League client.

Also because i was told to update OBS i see that it has a WIFI setup on the bottom right(Connection strength), So basically i am on green but it keeps moving from Green(Good) to these colors.

Also last piece of info, i legit do not understand why the ping spikes just when streaming on OBS, Yesterday i tried running with Geforce experience streaming software, overall i hated the program and it still cause "Lag" spikes, just some more info to help this issue come to an conclusion.

Also here is this if this helps, its my Internet ping Before and After running the stream.

As you can clearly see...... they are 1 minute interval's apart, so in the one minute difference i turned off the stream.

I really do appreciate all the info you have been sharing/giving me!

You need to run obs as administrator and deal with internet connection related issues after that.

Update. I have fixed capturing the in-game mode but now i have another problem, Before coming here (Old OBS, OLD setting) i found that when capturing In-game and Alt+Tabbing out is still Captures the in game action, now it just freeze's on both OBS/Stream every time i alt+tab, before this problem never occurred

Also @Harold, is running OBS as Administrator that important? Multiple reasons i ask if first i sometimes run as administrated once i feel my CPU/Refresh rate is running slow and sometimes helps the speed and 2nd, doesn't software that "need" to be run administrated have a Internet caution sign next to the program? ex: Below

Also how do i deal with the connection issue..... Because in this log *BELOW* i ran it as Administrate but the internet quality still sucks as a stream only.

Update on trying to fix the internet: I have found that binding to my physical IP has created a more "preferable" internet experience, currently the stream connection settings says it does not go below green often (i was watching it) but it does drop often in the green zone, Light green(I believe thats good) to a very dark mucky green.

Let me know~
