Even after changing settings to 1080p 60fps the output is nowhere near those number.

I have a fairly decent computer and i get 200+ fps on games but when i record those games and see the footage its not even close to 1080p and looks verry blurry and ugly.. can annyone help me?
 
We need a logfile from a streaming/recording session where the issue was occurring to be able to diagnose and offer advice. Why it asks for one when you open a thread in the Support section. :)
