Question / Help Estimator server is down

we have installed new wifi, but i come to https://obsproject.com/help/estimator but now i encounter this

Is it actually down or is it gone forever? Because I literally cannot stream without framerate drops without being able to use this to adjust due to my extremely shitty internet.

It was taken down because it was out of date and not maintained anymore.

There should be no way to shut it down, it has been working perfectly fine because i get no dropped frames but ever since it went down frames kept on buffering

The estimator has nothing to do with you dropping frames. The estimator didn't "do" anything other than give outdated advice for what you might want to set your bitrate to.
