escape from tarkov not displaying properly.

[meaty]

so i keep trying to stream EFT, the game capture works, but when the game loads, its gets stuck on a certain frame for ages, but you can see the curser moving fine and hear the menu you button clicks when you hover over it. and it will take minutes for obs to show the next frame. i have tried running as admin, im fully updated. im unsure if its the game or obs, and it really confuses me how the curser can be seen moving fine but the game itself aint displaying properly. any ideas
