Errors connecting to network

Hey there-- I've been having streams disconnect and having "errors connecting to network" etc wh8ile my internet itself is having no issues.
Can you please assist?

1. The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.
2. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (30.1.2). Please update to version 31.0.1 or newer by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
3. Your logs contain streaming sessions with dropped frames (36.25% on average). This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. Start with Settings > Advanced > Network > Enable Dynamically change bitrate... > [Apply] [OK].
4. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this.

If still having issues, post new log.
