I installed OBS Studio 28.0 because 28.0.2 isnt loading on my Laptop
And theres my OBS Studio 28.0 error:


This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be
initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem

Available platform plugins are: windows


I reinstalled OBS and that dont work
Maybe the problem is Windows 8.1 which im on but I dont know.

Hello, Thanks for Help
I cant download OBS 27.2.4 from Installer. I tried all x64 and x84 Installers. I cant understand zip version so I cant test that working on my laptop or no.

Error:
"Error opening file for writing:

C:/ProgramData/obs-studio-hook/graphics-hook64.dll
