Question / Help ERROR!!!

i cant even get obs to even start streaming because of this error: http://prntscr.com/3mq010
also, when i open it, i dont even see my desktop being 'recorded' on the obs mini-screen.
help anyone?

Your GPU does not appear to fully support DirectX 10 (please note that this is not the same as just having it installed) and as such does not meet the minimum requirements to run OBS.
