Bug Report error when updating obs

any reason this might be happening and how i can fix it?

Try restarting your computer and see if that helps at all.

Try restarting then doing Help / Check For Updates again. If you get a different error code, please let us know what it is.

so i was able to update the 32-bit version but not the 64-bit one. also i'm not seeing a "check for updates" option under help. im on 0.571b right now in the 64-bit version (where a lot of my plugins are)

Go to %appdata%\obs (paste this in start menu/search). Open up the Global.ini and then delete the numbers after "LastUpdateCheck64" to force an update check on next startup.
