I am trying to install the NDI plugin from https://github.com/DistroAV/DistroAV/releases/tag/4.9.1 and during the install I get a "Download Failed: The Server Name or address could not be resolved. I do not know if this is an issue with the internet provider as I have no issues with any other internet sites. There is a zip version https://github.com/DistroAV/DistroAV/releases/download/4.9.1/obs-ndi-4.9.0-Windows.zip and I extracted the files and tried to place them in the proper folders within the OBS Studio folder tree, and then get an error when restarting OSB Studio that the plugin failed to load. Should I be downloading the NDI plugin from a different location?

4.9.1 isn't on the history page, probably bad/removed. Some of the download links go to the latest release v6.0.0. You'll need to make sure to use the correct OBS version & NDI Tools or runtime.
