Error when streaming

so recording is fine but whenever i try to stream, i get an error. i've tried doing software and hardware as my video encoder and neither worked. Running as administrator does nothing and my driver is the latest version, nvidia geforce rtx 3070 ti laptop gpu, i use nvidia nvenc h.264

Thread 'Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...'

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored.

To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log File. "Last Log File" is for the last session (the last time you ran OBS). In some cases you may be asked to select "Current Log File" instead, which is for the current session.

Click on the "Copy URL" button to copy the link to your clipboard, then paste the link in your forum...

1. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
2. Run OBS as Admin.
3. Binding to a manually chosen IP address is rarely needed. Go to Settings -> Advanced -> Network and set "Bind to IP" back to "Default".
4. Display, Game and Window Capture Sources all interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.

If still having issues, post a new log.
