Use a twitch server that actually still exists, aka not a secondary.
Those have vanished over night without a word.

I personally hate all firewall / antivirus software since it doesn't really protect you from anything and causes random problems like this, but you could also just add exceptions for OBS if you don't want to remove it :).

It probably thinks the program is malicious since the .exe changed or something. Try disabling it completely while you stream.
