Error when recording with truehd

I am trying to record with these settings, but I keep getting this error

i am recording in 7.1 audio if that matters

Assuming you're operating in 7.1 all you need to do is set the Audio Encoder to AAC or PCM for lossless. Use the Standard Output, no need to be in the Custom Output for multi-channel audio.

If you're encoding AAC, increase the bit-rate to 960 or 1024kbps.

float 32 little endian is your choice.

Whatever you're using, make sure it works in your workflow. I typically do all of my editing with Avidemux so I can remux my final. FL32 is a non-starter so I record 24-bit Fixed with OBS. I run a FL32 recording with Audicity if needed.
