Question / Help Error using "Recording" as a second stream output to Facebook

Hello everyone. I looked around but wasn't able to find someone with a similar issue that I'm experiencing. I started streaming on Facebook this past Monday using the recording section in OBS as an FFmpeg output to URL. Monday and Tuesday went fine. The stream lasted the full length without any errors. On Wednesday though, I got a "an unexpected error occurred while recording" mid stream which completely cut the stream and I had to restart it. It worked for about 40 minutes upon the restart and then cut out again. Today, I had the same issue where it streamed fine for a little over an hour and then I got that same issue again. Does anyone know of this issue or has heard a way to fix it? Any help would be really appreciated. Thank you!

Why are you using custom ffmpeg output at all when you can get more reliable results with simple output mode?

I'm using ffmpeg because I need to be able to output the "recording" to a URL (Facebook's portal along with my streamkey). When I select simple, I don't see the option of doing that. Otherwise I would've tried doing this already. Essentially I'm forfeiting my local recording within OBS to stream to a second platform.

OBS doesn't have built in simulcasting.
And custom ffmpeg output, although possibly capable of doing what you want, isn't actually supported.

That's really a bummer because it works, I'm just not experienced enough with OBS to figure out how to make it run smoothly. Do you know if it's possible to run two different instances of OBS and stream to two different outputs that way?
