Question / Help "Error reading X file" on startup

Hi,
I've quite literally just started having OBS throw an error at me and quit - I've been able to run it and stream fine a couple days ago.
The error just states "Error parsing X file '[AppData]/OBS/scenes.xconfig'". I'm assuming something is wrong with the file, but I'm able to open and edit it just fine in Vim. I've already checked the file's security settings, and OBS has full access to it. I'm posting here to see if anyone has any ideas, since I'd rather not re-make all of my scenes
Here's a copy of the file: http://pastebin.com/APUGm343
The OBS log says nothing more - just prints the error and quits. I've also done nothing to the system or OBS since the last time it worked

That was one of the first things I tried, and while it does work, it also wipes my scenes. I was hoping there was a way to "repair" the file so that the scenes aren't lost. But, if that's the fix, then fair enough and I'll just have to re-make them later

Yeah, unless you know what the error is exactly in the file, then the most straightforward way to fix it is by deleting the file. :(
