Question / Help Error parsing 'x' file.

I have downloaded OBS classic and tried to run it but it says error parsing x file.

Okay, it worked but now I wanna get AMD VCE.

The VCE plugin is included in the full installer of OBS Studio. It's called AMF.

Hey, I've downloaded VCE and it worked but it opened normal OBS not OBS studio.

You don't download VCE separately. You just install the normal full install for OBS Studio, VCE is included as I said.
