Question / Help Error Parsing X File????

What does this mean and how can i fix it??

i am having this same issue a few days ago i was able to use obs with np, i try to use it today and i get this error "Error parsing Xfile 'C:Users\my name\AppData\Roaming\OBS\scenes.xconfig'

Go to %appdata% with OBS closed
rename the obs folder to something else.
