Bug Report Error Parsing X File

I had this issue maybe half a year ago in which every time I tried to open up OBS it would straight away make a noise and pop up with this message

Error Parsing X File
'C:/Users/Harry/AppData/Roaming/OBS/scenes.xconfig'

I have tried uninstalling OBS on my computer and re installing yet still get the same error message. I cannot remember what I did to solve this problem and its extremely irritating as I am due to stream shortly.
