Bug Report Error on startup: Can't create directory

I have tried reinstalling, but no matter what I do, this error always comes up when I try to launch for the second time, the only way I can get rid of the error is by deleting the folder at AppData\Roaming\OBS, but every time that happens I lose all my settings. Even if I just open and close OBS without changing anything, the error still appears.

For some reason, you don't have write permission to your own user folder. This is not a bug with OBS, but rather an issue with your Windows installation. Right clicking the executable and clicking "Run as administrator" should work, but I recommend a Windows reinstall, or at least fixing your folder permissions.

Running as administrator didn't work for me and I don't think changing the permission did either.

Accidentally deleted that post just now and didn't get a response when I posted it, so I'm bumping this in hopes for a fix.

I don't know if a reinstall of windows is necessary but I unfortunately have no idea why anyone would ever have such a problem. You might want to do a forum search for "create directory" and see if anyone else has had this happen. This is not a bug in OBS, this is definitely something strange going on with windows there. It's extremely unusual for an application to not be able to create the standard configuration data.
