Question / Help Error on nvidia card

I updated all of my driver and disabled open cl and i keep getting error code Texture- Map Failed: 0x887a0005 0x887a0006 whenever I try to stream on twitch. I was streaming earlier and it work but then I got off and tried later and this happened.

Post OBS log files from before when it was working and from now when its failing. Also which Nvidia driver release are you using? There was one recently where the OBS devs tweeted that it was bugged (but maybe only for NVEnc).

Does windows pop up on a bottom corner that says the drivers was reset and recovered?

Looked up the error codes:
0x887a0005 DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED
0x887a0006 DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

Graphics driver problems? or graphics card failing from overclock, overheat, or insufficient power supply unit?
Show us OBS log as it may show more like what graphics card it is?
