I need a help, encode does not connect "CONCLUSION" on video of video of GeForce Gt 740m i7 core Notebook! And on х264 terrible качесто + large loading on цп! I ask to answer guys! 2 weeks in torments! Updating is already set on video maps last! HELP ME, PLEASE

Your GT 740M likely doesnt support NVENC. So don't use it as an encoder. You have to use x264.

But basically, you are using a laptop to stream and that isn't recommended. The i7 3517U is not a powerful CPU to do streaming anyway. You are better off getting a new desktop computer with todays specs. Sorry.
