Question / Help Error: OBS 20.1.3 Error opening file for writing

I'm trying to install OBS 20.1.3 on a Windows computer. Every time i boot it up it says "error opening file for writing: C:\Users\dunnoifishouldsaymyaccountname\AppData\Local\Temp\OBS\check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe"

I've only just started to have this problem.

Do you use IObit products at all?

Not that i know of. May you specify some of their products?

Comodo antivirus is also known to cause this, be sure to disable it when installing OBS. If you don't have either, you can try making a dump file of the check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe as described in https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/how-to-create-a-dmp-file-for-debugging.598/
