Bug Report Error messages and crash

Hey people,

I'm a happy OBS user, no problem at all on my computer, but today I tried to setup OBS on my son's computer so he records some Minecraft, but had no luck.

When first launched, it asked for a dx10_43.dll file or something, I downloaded that file from Internet and was good to go.

But then, when trying to setup a monitor capture, I get this error/crash:

Computer is a lil old, 1024x768 17 CRT + nvidia GT420 + sempron 2ghz :)
Thanks!

Okay, thanks for letting me know, I see where this bug is -- will check it out and hopefully fix it by the next version (which should be today)

Thanks Jim, I'll try the new version soon.

Meanwhile, let me give you a suggestion, is about the layers in the sources window, they are reversed IMO.

I think the layers should start from bottom to top and not viceversa like it is now, because it is confusing.
Bottom should be the last layer. Or I'm getting something wrong?

Thanks

Yeah, the list ordering being 'backwards' is a known issue per se. Jim's just been working on features recently and will be fixing it at some point

yea, I'm not entirely sure why this error occurs for some people but some people have reported that making sure everything is up to date fixes their problem
