Error message!

Hello, I received this error message while recording: Encoding overloaded! Consider tuning down video settings or ussing a faster encoding preset! What do you recommend me to solve the problem?

I use: Processor - Intel Core i3 3110M 2.40 Ghz

Video Card: Intel HD Graphics 4000 (1GB)

8 GB RAM

Setup: QuickSync H.264

Sorry - I too have this popping up, and nothing I do seems to remove it.
