Question / Help Error message when trying to stream

I keep getting and error message when I try to stream. Here's the log.

You are trying to use NVENC which your GPU does not support.

Can you try the recording presets instead of advanced output mode? You probably don't need to be using it.

I set it to simple, yet my stream still isn't going live.

Grab a new log from when you were using the presets so I can see if the error is the same.

The problem is the x264 encoder is failing to start, which is commonly cause by using incompatible settings in advanced output mode.
