Question / Help Error Message for Texture: Map Failed

I just downloaded OBS and keep having this error message pop up:

"Texture->Map failed: 0x887a0005 0x887a0006
Your video card or driver froze and was reset. Please check for possible hardware / driver issues."

Is it possible that not having Windows 10 causes this and I should download it?
