Question / Help error message appears when I run OBS.

Hello,

error message appears when I run OBS.
I reinstalled the software several times, but nothing changes.

The procedure entry point "QueryUnbiasedInterruptTime" was not found in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL

The procedure entry point "SetThreadErrorMode" was not found in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL

The procedure entry point "QueryUnbiasedInterruptTime" was not found in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.DLL

The procedure entry point "QueryUnbiasedInterruptTime" was not found in the dynamic link library MFPlat.dll

Upgrade at least to windows 7, with windows 10 being preferred.
