Question / Help error for viewer/(error #3000)

hi, I am having a problem when trying to stream to twitch, for people watching my stream sometimes there is no problem but others get the error message "your browser encountered an error while decoding the video. (error #3000)"

I have tried myself and have seen the message in a browser I have no problems watching others stream, I have tried a different browser on that computer and it worked fine, and I have tried the same browser on a different computer and it worked fine

can anyone help with what the problem could be and how to fix it?

You're dropping a lot of frames, if enough frames are dropped viewers may get errors. Try to avoid streaming over wifi. See also https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/
