Question / Help Error failed to connect to server - How to fix ?

Dear users I am from India and from few days whenever i am trying to live stream then i am getting error failed to connect to server. Can anyone help ? how to resolve this ?

I suggest clicking Help from within the Software. The checking for updates. I ran into the same error. I've updated from version 17 to 20
