I'm Brazilian and I'm having trouble using the program.

All the drivers for my video card (Intel HD Graphics) are up to date.
Use Windows 7.
In the settings of my video card (Intel HD Graphics), directx 10 is active.
In the settings of your computer (run > dxdiag) directx 11 's.
I just installed a single driver that was missing, and the problem continues. What should I do?

Your GPU does not appear to support DirectX 10 and thus does not meet the requirements to run OBS. Having DX10 installed doesn't matter if your hardware doesn't support it.
