Bug Report ERROR: could not initialize DirectX 10

Obs keeps telling me that it can't initialize DirectX 10 on the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3150. I don't understand what this means. I already have DirectX installed. Can someone help me please??

If you read the whole message, it means that your Graphics Media Accelerator does not support the required GPU functions OBS needs.
