Error code MSVCP140_2.dll

The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140_2.dll was not found. reinstalling the program may fix this problem.
I have tried the following and still get this.
Zip the extracted
Download installer
BitTorrent
went from windows 10 to 11 tried it all again. I have downloaded the application approx 40 times in multiple ways and am super stuck can anyone help?

I'm having the same issue. Were you able to fix the problem? If so, please let me know how to resolve it.
