Question / Help Error code 10060... Sometimes

I've recently moved house (might be useful information) with a better internet connection. 9/10 times when I try to stream the Error code 10060 comes up which is to do with the fire walls not allowing access, but as the title suggests it only sometimes happens, I try to disconnect my firewalls but to no avail yet I can only stream on Saturday nights after 9PM GMT and I can do it no problem! But only after 9PM GMT. Any other day of the week and any other time of day it doesn't work. I don't suppose there is something I'm missing? something simple?

Thank you for your help! :D

Did you switch ISPs? The new one may be blocking/shaping your connection to the Twitch ingests.
Have you tried running the Twitch Bandwidth Tester when you're unable to stream? If so, what were the results?

UPDATE!!!

I probably should of specified this earlier but I didn't have a Twitch account at the time of the start of this post but i created one and it works absolutely fine with twitch. Apparently it's just YouTube that i can't stream on without issues.

I presume that this is now a YouTube server issue?

Sorry for not adding this info first.

Also I have recently changed ISPs from Sky to Talk Talk

Try setting "Bind to interface" to your IPv4 address in advanced settings. Your ISP may have poor IPv6 connectivity.
