Bug Report Error before OBS opens!

OBS has been working for the past couple of months fine for me until last night I stopped streaming and then decided to start streaming again however OBS wouldn't open for me and this message showed up everytime I try to open it.

Error

Error Parsing X File
'C:Users\Harry\AppData\Roaming\OBS\scenes.xconfig'

If anyone can help me with solving the problem as I would very much like to start using OBS again thankyou.
I have tried re-installing and turning my computer off both have been unsuccesful so far.
 
Sounds like your scenes file got corrupted. You can delete it and OBS will create a new one.
 
I managed to find a youtube video. I deleted the whole OBS file and then re opened and everything is working again just have to recreate my scenes
