Error been obtained while recording

there been error created while recording the video in the OBC system. There shows an encode error while recording.There is an URL given below of the log file.Kindly please check and try to slove my issue.

Try updating your quicksync drivers. It's failing back to an older version of quicksync that appears to not output the expected framedata.

Keep in mind though, you are running windows 7, so compatibility may be limited at this point.
