Hi i didn't stream on twitch for 2 weeks and suddendly i want to stream and i get this error. I tried to stream on youtube to change server on twitch to reset the twitch stream key and i even tried other programs like xsplit and gameshow but i get the same issue. When i try to stream the kb rate is always 0 and after 17 secs i get the 10060 error. Plz help me!!!
