EOS Webcam not working in OBS, what should I do?

I am using a Canon 600D camera at OBS. After reinstalling Windows, I installed the EOS Webcam Utility drivers as before, but now OBS does not see the camera in the device list. It is in the device manager, it works through other programs, but it is not shown in OBS. What can be done?
