Bug Report Entry Point Not Found

I just installed/re-installed the program. Every time I open it, I only get the error
"The procedure entry point CreateDXGIFactory1 could not be located in the dynamic link library dxgi.dll"
What can I do?

Can you post your computer specs?

Install the latest service packs, DirectX updates and platform updates, sounds like you're on an old version of Vista.

That was my guess as well

It was the platform update I was missing. I had to manually check for updates for it to show up. That did the trick. Thank you!

Try this!
Copy all the dll's files from "obs-studio\bin\32bit" to "obs-studio\data\obs-plugins\obs-ffmpeg" and it works...!!!
