"Entry Point Not Found"

Im trying to record my FL studio project, but after installing OBS, when I try to open the application, it gives me this error message: "The procedure entry point IsWow64Process2 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\User\Me\Downloads\OBS-Studio-31.0.3-Windows\bin\64bit\obs.dll" and then I press OK, and another error pops up,: ""The procedure entry point D3D12SerializedVersionedRootSignature could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\User\Me\Downloads\OBS-Studio-31.0.3-Windows\bin\64bit\Qt6 Gui.dll" I tried to reinstall, i downloaded a new setup file, i even tried to install it through the zip file option offered on the obs website. Please help

Update your Windows. You have some ancient Windows not up to date with current general updates and security patches.
