Question / Help Enormous lag no matter what settings I use

I tried to stream Doom for some friends today and encountered this problem. I've tested everything from different encoders, frame rates, bitrates, CPU usage presets, resolutions etc but seem to get the same amount of lag no matter what settings I use. Surely my computer isn't that awful, right? Does anybody have any ideas about what I should do?

There is no streaming attempt in the log you have provided. Do a test stream for a while, then stop it and upload the log.
You have 1920x1080 (Full HD) monitor, so you should set the "Base (Canvas) Resolution" to match the monitor's native resolution in the "Video" settings.
Adittionaly you can try running OBS as administrator, disabling Windows 10 Game Mode, Game Bar, Game DVR and other external overlays (if any).
