triple buffering u mean texture filtering mode in csgo?I did that, i'v tried evertyhing on low in any game, csgo/dota/lol.What I noticed from source games is you have to restart CS:GO after changing settings to get the full effect. Anyway, logfile looks fine. have you considered to disable triple buffering?

It dont do nothing,Whenever i start stream with OBS/Xsplit it instantly takes some fps out of my game.Could that be hardware related?Its new rig and i build it myself.Maybe i fkd up something?:D
yeah i just lately turned that on to check if anything happens.Tho in dota2 i got it disabled and helps nothing.vsync
Yes, that is somewhat normal. I hope you continue to monitor temps but to a point, you will sacrifice some performance. this is why streamers do not often run games maxed out.i'v tried with witcher 3, when i start stream it also cuts few fps's

Other than that, I have nothing more to add except that in newer games like the division, expect to have to lower your settings more due to that game using up a ton of CPU compared to older games like dota or cs:go. This is where you'd adjust either your fps or cpu preset to allow your stream and gameplay to not be affected.
