23:28:45.847: Output 'adv_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 558 (0.1%)
23:28:45.847: Output 'adv_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 73 (0.0%)

Notes: I noticed that there is a lot of frame drop when follow notification comes (streamelements) and when my webcam is enabled ....

The numbers above aren't terrible, but yes, it there are things that cause your PC to 'hang' even if just for a very short time, then this can happen.

For instance if I open the editor interface for VST plugins during a stream, a few frames drop. If I try to load an image file from a non-mounted network drive, a few frames will drop.
