Encoding problems?

So I have a problem where everything looks fine in OBS but then on the stream it is lagging until it becomes just a static image. It goes fine for a little bit but then it just chugs and I have to restart my stream to get it to work again. Can anyone give me some advice please? Also please be gentle I've checked the analyzer and I looked at other posts on the forum, but I may still lack the knowledge to fix this on my own. I am new at all of this and self taught so please cut me some slack. :(

I really appreciate any help I get, I am at my wits end because things were working just fine not too long ago and it just started without me changing any settings!!!

You're using SE.live plugin. Please contact them for support.
Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by this plugin. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.
