Encoding Problem

Hi, there. Recently I've updated my laptop's BIOS. Then when streaming with OBS 27.2.3 in QSV encoder, it said that a encoding problem was encounted. But x264 mode works. Before updating the BIOS, QSV mode worked well. Is there any solution to make QSV mode available again, since x264 takes more hardware resources. The GPU of my laptop is Intel Xe graphis card. Thanks a lot!

I‘ve checked the analyzer before I posted this. It said that there are 2 GPUs on my laptop, however, there is no GPU else than the Intel Xe Graphis Card embedded into the CPU.
