Question / Help Encoding overloaded!

I was using version 15.0.4 and everything was working fine, but then i switched from the high quality recording preset to the indistinguishable quality and after that obs studio started to give me the encoding overloaded messages and was dropping frames so i switched back to high quality but it still is dropping frames i upgraded to the newest version but it still is dropping frames and i'm confused because everything was working before with the same settings. I believe i have fixed it by just reinstalling a couple of times, for some reason it just doesn't lag anymore.
 
Never mind it's broken again, the cpu usage is not high it just says high encoding and drops frames. I tried the trial version of xsplit and that worked but i'm used to using obs and don't want to pay for xsplit. I also checked the temperature and it doesn't appear to be high.
