Question / Help Encoding overloaded!

Hello everyone!
Ive been recording some gameplay videos for quite some time with 1080p 60fps settings. But 2 days ago I decided to full wipe (reset) my PC, similar to spring cleaning. After downloading most stuff back I wanted to record some games, but for some reason in auto-configuration wizard it suggests the recording quality to be high, instead of indistinguishable quality large files like I always used. Regardless, I changed it back to what it was before, but after recording for about 4minutes, I get the message

Why am I not able to record stuff properly anymore in 1080p 60fps? To my knowledge I've had the same settings for like 2 years, and I'd rather not downgrade now...

There are four recording sessions in that logfile.
During the first, you were using x264 Veryfast encoding, and had almost 50% skipped frames due to encoding lag. I'm assuming that's when it popped the error message, as yeah, an i5-6600 is going to struggle to run 1080p60 VF. After you switched to NVENC for the next three, there were no significant problems noted, even if the last two were only a couple of seconds long, each.
As a note, NVENC on the 1070 is around the x264 Fast preset quality level, so is preferred for that side of things too.

Also, NEVER RECORD TO MP4 DIRECTLY FOR ANY REASON.
MP4 is not a recording-safe format. Record to MKV or FLV, and remux to mp4 afterward from OBS' File menu, with the 'Remux Recordings' feature if you need mp4s later for editing. Editors also tend to hate the direct-record mp4s that OBS creates, but have no problem with remuxed ones.

Yea, at the beginning I was using NVENC encoding but I got the "encoding overloaded" notification. First session I tried switching to x264, but from the recording I clearly saw It was skipping terribly so I switched back to NVENC. From second session I still had error message, but recording didn't have that many visible cuts or lags. Third and fourth are just me fixing Filename Formatting dates.
Also my recordings are not that super important, since game matches last about 5-10minutes each and If there was nothing noteworthy happening, I'll delete the file anyway.
But the problem still remains as to why I get the error, when I didn't get the error before my PC reset.
I did the last recording starting at 15:55:48.516

And I guess if nothing can be fixed regarding the problem, I'll try to live with getting that error message while I record.
