Question / Help Encoding overloaded with very good pc

Hi everyone I have a PC with Ryzen 2600 and RX 580 8gb but I have a problem with OBS: if I try to record a video in 1080p above 110 fps it gives me encoding overload, while if I record it at 60 fps it makes me record it quietly as well in 1440p. The point is that with PCs worse than mine you can easily record at 360 fps without any problem. What can be the cause? Thanks

There are people who with worse specifications (ryzen 2600 and gtx 1060 3gb) record at 360 fps without problems. I instead when I try to record more than 110 fps gives me "encoding overloaded"
