Question / Help Encoding Overloaded (with a good pc)

So I've been having this issue with obs ever since i got my pc (1 month ago) and i never could find a fix for this encoding overloaded issue.

Also sometimes after i press the Stop recording button, it will just say Stopping Recording... forever until i force close OBS

Bitrate is 100 mbps. That's insane. Try turning it down to something reasonable like 16-24 mbps.

You're capturing at 380 FPS, that's an insane encoding load that is wholly unnecessary.

For recordings, I recommend the following settings for NVENC hardware encoder:

1) Change capture FPS to 60;
2) Rate control: CQP set somewhere within 16-23 range (lower values= better quality and larger filesize);
3) "Quality" Preset;
4) Disable "Lookahead" and "Psycho Visual Tuning";
5) Changing recording format to .mkv, you can always remux it to .mp4 through File--->Remux recordings, after you're done with your session.
